Introduction

Pressure rating from 2000psi to 15000psi, Material Class From AA to HH, Product specification Levels from PSL1 to PSL4. and Performance requirements PR1 to PR2.

*Plug valve
The plug valve is a necessary part that is utilized on the high pressure manifold for the cementing and fracturing operations in oil field and also suitable to control over the similar high pressure fluid. Featuring the compact structure, easy maintenance, small torque,
rapid opening and easy operation, the plug valve is ideal for the cementing and fracuring
manifolds.
Working Principles and character
The plug valve consists of the valve body, plug cap, plug and etc.
The plug valve is available with the union 1502 inlet and outlet preparations (also can be upon customer request). The side segments and the valve are the concentric circles The rubber was inlay in the external face of the side segments to seal the gap between the body and the side segments,
The sealing between the side segments and cylinder plug is metal-to-metal. Match between these two parts is high-precision, and the sealing is stably.
*Adjustable Choke Valve
The needle and core are made of hard alloy.
The valve is wearing, washing resistant and reliable.
The external sleeve choke valve has low switch torque, realizing throttling and shutting fluid.

*Mud Valve
The valve is applicable to mud circulating pipeline.
Right/left thread is adopted in rotating bushing to improve switch efficiency.
Various end connections are available, including flange, thread, union and welding.
